Suneli Valley Brand Ambassador Program Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: To be part of the Suneli Valley Brand Ambassador Program, you must be at least 18 years old and maintain an active social media presence. By participating, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Commission Structure: As a brand ambassador, you're entitled to earn commissions as follows:

   • 5% on orders up to $49.99.
   • 10% on orders from $50.00 to $99.99.
   • 12% on orders from $100.00 to $249.99.
   • 15% on orders over $250.00.

3. Payment: Commissions are calculated monthly and paid within 30 days post-month-end via the program's chosen payment method (e.g., bank transfer, PayPal).

4. Responsibilities and Conduct:

   • Promote Suneli Valley positively and professionally.
   • Use only approved marketing materials or obtain approval for your own materials that align with Suneli Valley's brand identity.
   • Transparently disclose your brand ambassador relationship.
   • Avoid any inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content in your promotions.
   • Do not engage in misleading or unethical advertising.

5. Intellectual Property: You're granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use Suneli Valley's provided promotional materials solely for brand promotion. Respect Suneli Valley's intellectual property rights at all times.

6. Compliance and Engagement: Maintain active engagement with the program and comply with these terms. Failure to adhere may result in the revocation of your ambassador status.

7. W-9 Form Submission: Complete a W-9 form for tax compliance.

8. Term and Termination: This agreement is effective upon your acceptance and remains valid until terminated by either party. Notice of termination can be given by either party in writing at any time.

9. Liability: Suneli Valley isn't liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from this agreement or the ambassador program.

10. Amendment: Suneli Valley may modify these terms and conditions, with continued participation post-modification indicating acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Suneli Valley is registered, regardless of conflict of law principles.
